LI Expressway, Exit 42 to Northern State Parkway

From the West: Northern State Parkway East to end.*

It funnels into Veterans Highway After about 2 miles, Veterans Highway splits into 347 (Port Jefferson) and 454 (Patchogue). Take the left split (347). At the second light on 347 make a left turn onto Brooksite Drive. Go about 2 miles north to St. Thomas' on the right.

From the South: Southern State Parkway East, to Sagtikos Parkway North, to Northern State Parkway East. Then same directions as above *

From the East: Route 25 West, through Smithtown, under Railroad overpass to 1st traffic light Brooksite Drive. Landmark - Gulf Station on Southeast corner. Make left turn on Brooksite. One traffic light, and then St. Thomas is on your left
